Treble is a WhatsApp marketing startup that in its constant growth, begins to find the need to create a communication that impacts much more to its target audience. So it starts to see that its digital channels need valuable content, reinforcing more and more its brand identity and tone.
This is how Treble and FT Media met on the road and managed to match the needs with an impactful solution, creating a close collaboration to create content that would adapt to different moments and needs of the company.
All this was achieved through direct communication and in real time through Slack, a platform that became an extension of the company and the agency, quickly aligning objectives, key points and deadlines to start working on the creation and editing of content, giving a unique personality to each piece, but above all, to maintain and position the brand identity.

Brand consistency: Despite FT Media’s external contribution, all content maintained consistency, strengthening Treble’s brand identity.
